Digging and Eating

 Death Sentence!
For a while I was really scared that Mrs. Stillman was trying to kill me again.  She left a book open on the table I was napping on and I started reading it. It was all about how to kill garden pests! Now I heard Mrs. Stillman mutter under her breath the other day , while I was digging in the hole she was digging, that I was being a pest.  And then of course there are those
times when I feel compelled to interact with humans.

This picture is of me communicating with one of her friends named (ugh!) Kit.

Oh my dog!  Just for trying to put my paw dirt all over someone’s shirt, arms, face, shorts etc.  I am being sentenced to capital punishment! Mrs. Stillman was looking it up!

So today I was really careful and only sat in the dirt RIGHT WHERE Mrs. Stillman was digging 5 or 10 times, as opposed to what I used to do , which was … um, What’s the number for constantly?

Mystery!
Guess what! Mrs. Stillman felt her shovel bang into something woody. So we both looked into the hole to see what it was. The more we dug, the longer the wood got. We kept uncovering more and more wood. It was a real adventure! Mrs. Stillman was hoping it was a grave, (She is weird) and I was hoping it was buried treasure. Finally we tried to break thru the wood with axes and stuff.  That’s when we saw concrete under some but not all of the wood. Then we got sooooo tired. We had to stop. We don ‘t know what’s down there, but we both hope so much that it’s at least SOMETHIN!

Speaking of Complaining
Mrs. Stillman now says she’s exhausted from digging up a coal mine packed into clay  In this picture you can see just one of the zillions of pots of coal she dug up.   I don’t know what the stuff is but it sure tastes delicious! Yummmmmmm

Now Mrs. Stillman is trying to make me dinner. But I’m so full of coal dirt that I’m not hungry. . Don’t laugh, I’ve heard some other dogs actua*ly  e*t shit!
Ha ha,
